I was up before the sun :) As you all know that`s not my favourite time of day but I had to go to work.
I made some oats with banana, coconut butter and an egg white which kept me full for the morning. I took some tomatoes and clementines and a protein drink to eat at work.
I find Sunday`s shift at work is weird as far as eating. I get my main break at 10 which is too early for lunch and a short break at 12. So having a protein drink at 12 solves the problem :)
O.k it's day 1 of my challenge so I got my butt off of the computer chair and went for a 57 minute walk!
How did you get some extra movement in today??

Wow, a black squirrel. Dont see those very often.
When my kids were very young one of them brought a knot hole (called a round to-it)like that home that a 4H teacher had given her to give to her dad. Every time he said he would get around to it, we would hand him that knot hole.

I swam 45 laps today. I made myself a cute document to keep track of the weekly challenge.
