Today's nosh and a walk!

Started today with some blueberry protein waffles with blueberry sauce.

While I was out at a meeting I took along a protein drink to tide me over till lunch.

Lunch was an omelet with spinach, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, dubliner cheese, bagel thin and pb2 :) Oh and a free smile!

Grabbed the hubs and went on a 80 minute walk :)


Today was my 4th day straight exercising! Only 3 more to go :)

How awesome for you and your hubby to go for a walk. I just LOVE the pics of you food. MMM, Either you are a great cook, great photographer, or BOTH!!! I'm getting hungry for some of your waffles. Hehehe

One other question...what is pb2? And thanks for mentioning what's in your omelet. It looks AMAZING (mouth watering now). :) I never think to be that create with omelets. Jalapenos....mmmm! :)

Pb2 is dried flour from peanuts with the fat taken out. Go here for info: http://www.bellplantation.com/
I actually use peanut flour too which is less expensive and has no sugar but mixes the same.
If your doing weight watchers 2 Tbsp of pb2 or peanut flour is 1 point.
