Today's nosh :)


Breakfast:
pumpkin protein smoothie, whole wheat cranberry blueberry muffin

Lunch:
veggies, cheese, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries

Dinner:
Beef tenderloin, broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce, oven baked fries, olive oil, glass of wine, unpictured is the banana I had for dessert!
This is why I love Weight Watchers I can plan an awesome dinner like this and still be within my points!

  2. Love the cardinal picture! I worked with some second graders to set up a little bird feeder study. We talked about how they will see (probably) some cardinals. Love those birds. Have a great weekend!
