A bike ride!

I really enjoyed this mornings brekkie! Pineapple coconut protein pancake with some home made coconut butter and sf syrup :) Nom, nom

Lunch turned out to be roasted green beans and shallots in olive oil. I added some cherry tom's for colour. On the side I had some chili lime guiltless gourmet tortilla chips.

Then the hubs decided it was time for me to get my first bike ride in :) Holy sore legs and bum, batman!!!! But, I'm really glad I did it.

Some chicken fingers and a protein shake:

Unfortunately from then on my eating went downhill. We'll just say non-stop eating happened. Not good. But done and over with. First time I've had a binge eating episode in a long time.

Was probably the bike ride and your muscles needed some nutrition.

I'm glad you got to get out there and enjoy the bike ride with Hubs!

Too bad about the binge. Move on. Bike rides are great. I noticed no outside pics this post. The food looked delish.
