Chinese buffet

Yes once again the hubs and I are going to be going to a chinese buffet with a friend! It really doesn't bother me, I've dealt with the buffet last month and conquered it :)

My plan?? Lots of veggies, beef and broccoli, shrimp and fruit. Oh and one small dessert!

I started the day with a great breakfast so that I wasn't starving by the time I got to the buffet. This is what really works for me.

Here is my nosh from lunch: I was really disappointed this time. I took one bite of the sushi and it was nasty, the beef and broccoli the beef didn't look like beef so I didn't eat it. Even the simple steamed broccoli was salty. I actually ate less than I had planned :)

I love making dehydrated fruit and meat. Pineapple looks good, that is one I haven't tried yet.

Hey, I've got a dehydrator somewhere gathering dust! I think I'll try your cinnamon and apples, and some pineapples. Thanks for the idea. :-)
