Grocery shopping and biking!!


First I needed to run over to the grocery store so that I could make my blueberry cheesecake oats for brekkie :) Doesn't look like much but oh it was soooooooooo yummy!!

I'm trying out some recipes I found in the new Rocco Dispirito cookbook. Of course I'm tweaking them. I very rarely find a recipe that I totally follow the instructions. My bad!

Since I ate breakfast a little late I just grabbed a banana/strawberry protein shake. Besides I had places to be and no time for lunch.

The hubs and I got our bikes out and off we went to the Bulk Barn to pick up a couple of ingredients I need. I'm trying quite a few new things out this week. If your in Canada and can't find an ingredient give the Bulk Barn a try :) I love that you can try small amounts of new things.

Wow I'm having a great day!
Water-56oz so far
Exercise-60 minutes on the bike
Food-well within my weight watcher points

Dinner fancy grilled cheese with off the bone ham and dijon. Two kinds of cheese :) And to go with it??? Light chicken noodle soup!

I definitely agree with you about the Bulk Barn. I like it when I'm having a craving for something and I can just buy a wee bit to satisfy me.
It was a lovely day for a bike ride!
