Today I had a blueberry cream muffin (which I'll bake a couple of minutes less next time) and a ginger peach lassie with some added match green tea powder. 8 pts
Then I had to do some cleaning! I hate doing it but it's necessary. Truth told I just did a bit then went out on a walk to meet some new friends.
Along the walk I saw this that was just begging me to stop and do some tricep dips and push ups :) So I did!
Lunch was leftover egg bake and banana soft serve with cocoa nibs and mini chocolate chuncks 6 pts

oh and the rain? ugh. i just planted some flowers - NEED to make spring come! my bleeding hearts are out and we can't even enjoy them!

Hey where did you get the shoes and are they comfortable. I need some good walking shoes.
Love the shoes. I have a friend who adores those things. Your berries made me want some so now I will have to make a trip to the fridge. I love raspberries especially but they are getting very pricey. I decided to buy a raspberry bush and grow my own. I hope it does well. I planted it a few weeks back but have no idea when they bloom and bear fruit.
Chubby McGee I have really weird feet and they're good with these shoes.
The first pair I tried on my feet didn't agree with :) But the second ones were awesome.

I've been thinking about getting a pair of those shoes. My son got son and he loves them. I've worn toe socks before and they felt to weird, so I don't know if I could handle them.
I need to move where you live so I could see all the wildlife on my walks!
