Never too old to try something new!

Tried something new thing morning: pizza egg bake by way of Rocco Dispirito it was o.k but I probably wouldn't make it again. 4 pts

Lunch was veggies, cheese, pear, 1/2T agave, 5g walnuts, guiltless gourmet chili lime chips 6pts

Dinner was vegetable turkey meatloaf recipe here, carrots, gravy, leftover mashed garlic pot/cauliflower! The hubs and I loved this meatloaf. And it was choc full of veggies. 8 pts

glass of wine 7 pts
Total pts used-25

Needed to go to the mall to get some matcha green tea powder since I couldn't find it anywhere else. So while I there I decided to look at a few other things. O.k so that meant I got a few things that I wasn't planning on getting. Like a sports bra that was so hard to find! And a pair of Vebram5fingers :)

Now if only the weather co-operated I'd be one very happy lady.

Oh and the icing on the cake was finding this had come in the mail:

Today's extra exercises included: squats and counter pushups

Did you manage to add in some extra exercises today?? Care to share :)

That egg bake sure looks good! But then again, it has cheese on it, which is always good :D

I brought my bike inside yesterday because of the rainy weather, and I just took breaks from work and rode for short increments. I racked up 45 minutes of ride time during the day!

Yes it was funny because the hubs and I will eat pretty much anything! I'll eat some leftover tomorrow rather than throw it, but I won't make it again. I'd rather do an omelet with cheese and veggies.

The meatloaf though was awesome. Especially if you use a food processor to shred all the veggies.

Your eggbake does look yummy. It's always annoying to make something that doesn't turn out as nice as you want it to. At least you know what you prefer now. I want your snack plate though!

I just did some treading on the mill yesterday and some weights. I've got a new playlist going and love keeping stride to the music.

I cannot bring myself to try on those finger toe shoes. I have bad arches, so I think they'd be bad for me.
That meatloaf looks fantastic.
