New weekly challenge!!


I know this was a hard challenge last time, but it's such a good one that I want to do it again :)

The challenge is to eat at least once a day with no distraction! No computer, book or t.v.

I find this challenge hard because I eat a lot while on the computer :( Wish me luck

Ack! That is a challenge, especially at work. I'm always on the computer. I have to think about this one!!

I eat every meal either while reading, on the computer or watching tv.

This will be a hard one, but I'll give it a try.

I think I can do this. I can eat once a day while I'm out in the sun during the day. I will give it a try anyway. I did the planks but they were very hard and I couldn't do them well.

I eat most meals while doing something else..reading mostly.

Ugh, I am SO bad about needing to be on the computer while I eat! I've been making more of an effort to serve meals at the dining room table lately so that I break the habit, but not often enough.

Good for you, for doing it for a week! :)

I'm in. We ate dinner at the table, no TV, no noise, no distractions. Other than the constant reminders to my children. Sit up right. Use your fork. Chew with your mouth full. Let's talk quietly at the table. Blah blah blah. Still it was nice.
