New weekly challenge!!


This weeks challenge is to eat at least one vegetable or fruit with every meal or snack!!

For some this is an easy peasy challenge! But for some of us it will help us eat more fruits and veggies.

  3. I love fruit but as you know I just cant swallow the green veggies. Perhaps, Ill give it a try this week and find some sort of veggie. Oh Me!

  4. Count me in ! An easy one here, but a good reminder. Perhaps knowing about this one was the reason I opted for a big salad with tuna last night for dinner

  5. I think I will step out and accept the challenge. I've been craving greens. I contemplated cooking up dandelion greens that are growing profusely in the yard--has anyone ever tried them?

  10. I've GOT this one! Ok, it's not fair though...becuase the only reason I have it is beacuse my strawberries are RIPENING at a wonderfully delicious rate! Strawberries in the morning, strawberries in the evening...strawberries ALL THE TIME! (yeah, I love strawberries!

  11. SO FAR SO GOOD!! This has turned out to be a very EASY concept for me to work into my routine! It's as simple as me saying to myself, "Okay, every time you put something in your mouth, make sure there is fruit and/or vegetable with it!"

    I am going to continue this for a month-long-challenge on my own. My goal is to eventually train my brain to automatically have fruits/veggies with all of my meals, without even thinking about it.
