1. Bath or shower? This may sound weird, but...both! I get in the bath to soak/scrub feet/shave legs, then follow it with a shower to wash my hair and everything else.
2. How much water have you had today? 3L (but it's almost 3:30 pm in Moscow).
3. Do you try to eat without any distractions? Absolutely. I used to HATE eating without distractions at first, but now I love it. I get "full" much faster eating this way.
4. What is the one thing this week that you're going to do to make it an even healthier week? Cut out pm snacking. Once the evening meal is done, it's only herbal tea for me.
5. What is your favourite veggie? How do you like to serve it? Grilled zucchini is tasty (just a touch of olive oil and a pinch of salt). Or corn on the cob!

I try to eat without distractions,
But that is not working for me at this time.
I also know that I need to try it!
1.Shower! I feel weird bathing, maybe because my bathtub is the size of a matchbox.
2. Well it is only 9:22am and I woke up a half hour ago, so don't judge me! I am only down almost a litre.
3. Can I pretend like I do? nahhh I won't but seriously I don't. I was reading through a bunch of stuff last night and decided I would start so today I am going to eat at my kitchen table! I'll tell you how it goes.
4.The eating at the table thing, and I am going to the gym twice a day :)
5. My favourite veggie, well I love sweet potatoes cut up thin and baked with ground chipotle peppers ontop with a little olive oil.
OR anything raw with law fat dressing.

Sweet potato,steamed or microwaved.
1. Shower (sigh). Our tub is a bit of a cruel joke - the drain is too low so you couldn't have a proper relaxing bath even if you wanted. I dream of a clawfoot tub :)
2. So far...none. Heh. I should get some.
3. I do, but often I am so busy that it doesn't happen. I compensate by portioning out my food ahead...otherwise much snarfing occurs.

5. spaghetti squash. steamed, and then with green onions, garlic and spices in olive oil sauteed and tossed with it. So simple and yet... YUM.
