Somewhat active...I workout. I'm losing weight so I can be really active though.

I use moderation. I want to be thin and maintain my weight AND live for another 50+ years with a slice of cake or an ice cream cone here or there.

A bowl of Total cereal with strawberry slices in it. :)

1. How many pillows do you use? Two...sometimes four when I have the bed to myself!

3. Would you describe yourself as active? Somewhat active? Not really active at all? I am normally very active - I like to run - but lately, I've had an injury, so not so much. There are days when I'm downright lazy.

Sugar is a tough one for me to eat in moderation - it makes my brain crave more and more sugar, almost immediately. When I have something sweet, I need to have planned how much I'm going to have and then STOP, otherwise I find myself eating all sorts of things I don't even truly want.
5. What are you having for dinner tonight? A small bowl of pasta and a big bottle of water - sounds like prison, huh?

1. I use one pillow for sleeping, and three for watching TV in bed.
2. Yes, I own an exercise bike. Unfortunately, at the present time I can't use it.

5. We're having home-made pizza: multi-grain crust, (relatively) low-sodium pizza sauce, arugula, tomato slices, black olives, orange peppers, a bit of pepperoni, goat cheese and mozzarella.

I have to admit I can't eat sweet things in moderation so the things I know that trigger my binge eating I don't have in the house.
