The hubs and I were supposed to go for our physicals today but yesterday they called to cancel them until later in the month! Yep, during my holiday I will be going for a physical :( So I'm going to spend this afternoon waiting in a clinic for some prescription refills.
Anyway..... I just looked at my walking/running schedule and I'm having doubts that I can do it!! I've just never ran and I think I'm starting to second guess myself. I'll know tomorrow because that's when I'm due to do the next level.
For some strange reason this morning I felt like oatmeal, yes it's sunny and pretty hot and I was eating oats :) They were delicious I added some protein and berries and they kept me full for quite a while.
I've been thinking about not focusing so much on my meals and taking pictures! I think I need to focus more on staying on plan, exercise and losing weight. What are your thoughts??

Ah! Me too! I wanted oatmeal so badly for lunch! Maybe it's National Oatmeal Day somewhere in the world and we're just feelin' the vibes from that country. LOL!

I'm veering in a different direction for me and my blog..tight calorie control with intermittant out of control eating has driven me to diet bottom..not dieting, well kind of , around 1600 cal. Do what makes your heart sing. For me, Your food pictures / descriptions seem very healthy and balanced and I forget you are doing weight watchers because of that.
I think great minds think alike! For me I was just getting too complicated with my meals and not always eating what I felt like because it was to simple to blog or I had eaten several times already. I think you should do what feels best for you. I just hope when you come across a share worthy recipe you'll still post it :)
I need to focus more on trying harder and get my mind back on the target...Me
I love the pictures but I would not do them for my blog except once in a while. I know they must be time consuming. Good luck with whatever you choose to do! :)
I love the pictures, but I am sure it it takes a lot of time to do. I am having to re-focus and get my act together right now. Your blog is one of my favorites though.
I have to agree with Anne on this one.
Taking the pics of my food and also my treadmill readouts is what keeps me focused on this.
Plus I'm selfish ... I love looking at your pics! :D
But of course you have to do what you feel is right for you and I would read your blog regardless.
I want you to be successful.
If that was my oatmeal I would definitely want to take a photo of it!
