The hubs let me sleep in this morning! I really did need it as I haven't slept well the last couple of days.

So I made my breakfast bigger than I had planned for and now I'm getting ready for work.

Breakfast:
2 small eggs, turkey bacon, 1 2 slices squirrelly bread, mango butter, 1c almond breeze for cafe au lait=479 calories

Lunch:
chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese, broccoli, cherry tomatoes=

Took to work:
boost protein drink, strawberries, low fat muffin from work=583 calories

Sometimes we need rest more than exercise to balance. Its ok to sleep in.

I fully understand about not sleeping. You take such good pictures are they with your phone or do you carry a camera when you walk.

For me, sleeping in is sleeping til 830 AM. Your body needs it every once in a while. I hope you're feeling better.

sleeping in for me is like 7AM!!! it' hard when you wake up at 4am on the regular
