I don't eat out much....I don't like it or trust it.Not just hidden sugars, but also cheap oils!But I do get me some brisket from time to time. Especially in the summer, when it's just too hot to cook! I love Wednesday Question Day!

I sick to a tossed green salad with dressing on the side.2. What would you say is the healthiest food/dish in your fridge?Veggies and fruits, yogurt. 3. 1. Very rarely, for dinner maybe once per month. For lunch, probably once or twice per month. When I do eat out though, I tend to have certain dishes that I stick to :)2. Right now the healthiest would probably be the fish that I have thawing out, right next to the pesto that I made from my little garden that will be topping the fish off of the grill!3. That would be the frozen custard :)4. New foods this week? Hmm Not really.5. LOVE to read. Right now I'm reading a book called Love the One You're With, great summer pool side read :)
Ya know how I love question day...1. I eat three times a day and at least two snacks between. I stick to most of the same foods and I avoid sweets most of the time. I believe you dont have to avoid something fatting all the time. Eat it, log it, move on. 2. right now...fruits and vegetables straight from my garden3. I have to laugh at that because I just looked and I guess it would be some honey butter way in the back of the shelve that properly should be thrown out since its old 4. Yes, I made a Mexican dish after putting it in the nutritional data base for calories per serving.5.I love reading but the most reading I do these days is the blogs I follow. lOL!
Don't "eat" out often, but I stop for Starbucks light fraps or skinny vanilla lattes, also stop at McDonalds for ice cream cones ocassionally.A bag of 5-mixed greens salad mix.Probably the full-fat sour cream.Nope, no new food yet.Not a huge reader, but I'm making my way through Jillian Michaels: Unlimited right now.

Strawberries, blueberries and yogurt are the healthiest foods in my fridge right now.3. I'd say mayo is the unhealthiest thing in my fridge.4. Nope, haven't tried any new foods yet this week.5.
