New weekly challenge!!

Sorry I've been a bit distracted this week but I've been trying to baby my ankle (which is getting better), and my mind just hasn't been in the game of exercise and blogging :( I missed my walks and I've missed taking pic's!!

So hopefully this week will be back to normal.

This weeks new challenge is a great one for the coming hot weather! Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

Now if you can't for some reason just set a # of cups that works for you. There's nothing better than staying hydrated and it is absolutely necessary if your exercising!

Glad your ankle is getting better! I'm fine at this challenge, I drink plenty of water every day. Have a great Sunday.

Thankfully, drinking enough water has never been an issue for me. I routinely drink at least 10 8oz glasses a day, usually more.

Oh yeah! I got this one ;) I drink nothing but water & tend to reach 64 oz by 2pm!
