1. If you could talk to your younger self what words of wisdom would you say?

Don't wish your life away.

2. Look out your front door, what do you see?
A large tree with rainbow parrots.

3. Do you know of any new blogs that we should be reading?
Hmmm. It's not new but http://blogs.psychcentral.com/weightless/ is a great body image and mindful eating website.

4. What's the best thing you have done for you this week?
Laid off the high impact exercise while my knee ligament heals.

5. If you could redo this past week, what would you do differently? Anything?
I would try to be more organised. Again.

The Condo gym door (really!)

No, am trying to have less screen time, sorry.

An intermediate level Yoga class, LOVE inversions.

5. If you could redo this past week, what would you do differently? Anything?

Physically check that my Teen had finished assignments instead of taking his word for it.

I started taking Melatonin when I can't sleep.
Just now - I had the luxury of almost 10 hours sleep.

1. Burning your bra is not a sign of liberation- it is the pathway to having your breasts race to see which one can hit your knees first in your 50's and you will have the same freedoms you did before( but require serious bras that do not look cute).

2. Hallway- but if I look out my living room window I see an ash tree and several wild cherry trees with nests . Nightly there is a parade of skunks that wanders in the yard and several geese, egrets, herons and red tailed hawks flying overhead.

3. Little behind on new blogs- Facebook seems to suck me in

4.Spoke to myself sternly about fear

5.Possibly included more frozen bananas in the week somehow.

Don't give up tennis, keep active, eat right.

2. Look out your front door, what do you see?

My front garden with a well kept lawn and overflowing flower gardens.

3. Do you know of any new blogs that we should be reading?

Not really, though some are new to me, they've been around for a while.

4. What's the best thing you have done for you this week?

Bought my wife her birthday present early, an iPad 2, which has stopped all complaints about her old computer. Ah, the silence is grand.

5. If you could redo this past week, what would you do differently? Anything?

I would try to get to be earlier!

1. Always wear Sun screen, stay out of the tanning beds, Take better care of your body, eat healthier, and treat everyone how you want them to treat you.
2. My neighbors trailer house across the road with the handicap porch.
3. Sometime I feel my other two blogs are new because I dont get the followers over there as I do on my main one and they can both be found from my blog...come see

5. I wouldn't do anything different. I like things just as they are now.

1) I'd tell my younger self to follow my passion, not take the safe route.
2) A hallway, I live in a condo. The front door of the building? A little garden and a street
3) I need to know this myself!!
4) Worked out a few times
5) A redo this week? Nah...no looking back, just going forward.

1. You will be taken care of, loved, and will reaquaint with old friends and make new ones. You will love working outside the home. You will live a happy life. Don't worry so much about the future.

Keep eating healthy and getting enough exercise. Make your own decisions, don't let anyone else sway you.

2. Look out your front door, what do you see?
Lots of trees, a few horses and dogs.

I just have my weight loss blog and one for my book reviews and misc. stuff

Started taking my vitamins
