Today's nosh

Breakfast:
overnight oats with honey greek yoghurt, pb2, banana, almond breeze, peanuts and cocao nibs-7 pts

2T evaporated skim milk for coffee-1pt

Lunch:
2 babybel light, cuc/pepper/tomato salad, carrot chips, mango muffin-7pts Left the carrot chips in too long but they still tasted awesome and I'm going to be making these again!

Snack:
mango/beet smoothie-1pt You can find the recipe here next time I'll put a little protein in :) 1pt

Dinner:salad, salad dressing, roast beef, 3 small cookies-7 pts

After the theatre:
glass of wine-7pts

Did I mention that today I've been with Ralph for 20 years today :)
