I have to tell you I loved my time off of work!
Loved spending time with Ralph and being able to stop and see Jen.
I'm not going for a walk before work because I know my ankle will be hurting by 10 tonight. My plan is to walk on days I don't work until my ankle is stronger.
I have to say this week has been a lot easier eating wise by drinking 3 cups of water before each meal and another one in the evening. Really does make a difference.
Today I started with an omelet with herb and garlic cream cheese, turkey bacon, blueberries and a coffee
I loved the sausage and veggies so much last night that I had them again for lunch today :)
I find eating at work hard because you have very minimal time, at the same time I don't want to eat anything there because none of it fits in with my eating plan. So today I'm taking another diet orange pop, some protein to mix in it, some nuts, cherry tomatoes and a kiwi

Good idea to rest the ankle.

I'm going to try your water trick this week! Starting tomorrow...3 glasses before I eat. Thanks for the idea. I hope that ankle of yours feels better soon Suzi.

I have noticed on days that I only drink about 90oz of water I am hungry but on days when I drink the full 200oz I am good all day!
