Today's walk!


Finally my ankle is starting to feel better although I know it's not 100% yet. The biggest test will be going back to work tomorrow and standing on it for 8 hours :(

So today I went out on a 50 minute walk, by no means very fast. Other than a bit of aching the ankle held up pretty good. I can't wait to get back to fast walking/running!!

I started today with a blackberry protein pancake! New recipe and I'm going to have to tweak it. Pretty good though. Added some sf syrup on top :)

I wasn't very hungry at lunch time so I mixed some vanilla protein with sf orange soda. Pretty good and I don't feel the least bit guilty because I seldom have soda maybe a couple of times a year. I think this would be good to take to work.
I also had 1/2 an avocado, and some veggies

I agree with Anne. All your food looks good. I'm glad to hear the ankle is improving.

mmmmmm ... avocado!

I can't get the soda to stop fizzing all over the place when I add the protein powder. AH suggested I use a big pitcher to mix it in. Will have to try that with my PC Black Cherry pop.
