I had lots of fun!


Today started with another green smoothie with cherries and cocoa, almond breeze, chia seeds and flax seeds. Not great to look at but yummy!

That gave me enough energy to do a 3 mile fast walking workout.

Caught up on my blog reading!

Then it was time to grab a protein shake and some homemade pickled spicy green beans and some coconut water :) Grabbed a bus to a picnic planning meeting. After the meeting it was time for some fun!!

A craft afternoon :) I'm the least crafty person I know, especially with one hand, but I had a blast. I'm finally getting back into doing my volunteering.

Dinner tonight was a chicken breast, 2 corn on the cob some yogurt and blueberries and a glass of wine :)
