I haven't worked out for a solid year. But I am sure the Texas heat will make for some changes. My fave thing about this summer - is that it's almost over! The heat, that is!
1. The heat and the sun (I know that's two things, but summer is so awesome that it deserves that much! :)
2. No, but that's actually a pretty interesting idea. Although I do walk more in the summer, I don't consider that exercise, just bonus activity.
3. Pasta
4. Working out, this week is a crazy one so that's pretty much all I can do to be healthy this week between projects.

1. listenint to crickets at night and catching fireflies.
2.I don't like extreme temps so when it gets too cold I'm inside the house. Brrr.

1. The early sunshine and warmth. Not only am I not getting up in the dark at silly oclock, but it's warm :)
2. I tend to swim more in the winter just because it feels nice to be in a warm pool when it's freezing and snowing.
3. BBQ something. :)
4. This week I am trying to make sure I focus hard on all of my workouts. To make them all count.
5. Fruit. I've been eating a lot of fruit lately...can you have to much fruit??

1. No lunches to pack for the kids! I hate packing lunches day after day!
