I'm definitely more relaxed about my finger today! Even if I do have to sleep with this guy on :)

I'm getting back into doing things normally again (like taking a shower :) so it's time I get back to normal with my workouts and my eating.
I'm going to sit down with a paper and pen and make myself some goals and how I want to achieve them.
Exercise will be increased once I can bend my hand for pushups etc and once I'm allowed to lift any kind of weights I'll start back with weight workouts.
Do you write down your goals and how you'll achieve them??
Do you write down your weekly menus?
How about exercise do you make certain days that you do specific workouts??
Do you join challenges?? Do they help to keep you motivated?
