  1. Hello Suzi! I've finally made it back to Question Day!

    1. Do you wear flip flops? A sort of leather sandal/flip flop...they're gold and I love them - wore them all summer.

    2. What is your favourite day of the week? Thursday.

    3. What are you having for breakfast? A banana and oatmeal (not together).

    4. Blueberries or strawberries? Tough one - both!

    5. Have you planned what workouts you will do this week? Walking and yoga (yeah, I know, yawn, yawn). :)

    No, not really ever.

    I had a cup of grapes with one piece of toast and peanut butter.Two cups of coffee.

    Strawberries.

    5. Have you planned what workouts you will do this week??
    Just walking since I am not at home with my bikes right now!

    4. Blueberries or strawberries? Strawberrie, I have some fresh picked frozen ones in the freezer.

    5. Have you planned what workouts you will do this week?? Yes, I am doing the Amp the Challenge, so alot of walking for me !!

  6. Fave day is Wednesday - because it's Question Day!

    I sit around in my Crocs (not flip-flops,) wishing I had some strawberries for breakfast, planning my week!

  7. 1. Do you wear flip flops?? Yes I wear "Flops" as my Grand Daughter calls them.

    2. What is your favourite day of the week? Monday, because I get to see my trainer. Tuesday, because I get to do water aerobic and watch Biggest Loser, Wednesday, because I get to go to my Stability Ball Class, Thursday, because I get to be with my Hubby, Friday, because it's "Date Night", Saturday, because I get to see my Grand Babies and go to church and Sunday, Because it's a "REST" day. Whew!
    3. What are you having for breakfast?? Just had Oatmeal with a teaspoon of Almond Butter, a teaspoon of Agave Nectar and a splash of almond milk. YUMMY!!!
    4. Blueberries or strawberries? Yes!!
    5. Have you planned what workouts you will do this week?? Yes, I'm in a fitness challenge with Jessica @ See How She Runs... and I want to beat her :)

    5. Have you planned what workouts you will do this week?? SET THE ALARM 20 MINUTES EARLY EVERY DAY AND WALK A MILE AS SOON AS WAKING

  10. 1. nope...I can't stand the feeling of the thing between my toes! I do have a pair of sandals and beat up DAWGS tho.
    2. Sunday. Recouping day :)
    3. chia overnight oats with a peach. yum. just discovered it and I'm hooked!
    4. Oh. Tough. I love them both. equally....but only if it is wild blueberries. I could not choose. I tend to go back and forth between them...
    5. Yes - clsses (bootcamp and spin) tues and thurs and my other weights + cardio on the other 3 weekdays. I'm hoping for a long walk on teh weekend...we'll be at the lake, so I think a hike is in order :)

  11. Here in a flash.. Question Day comes round so fast.

    1. No, cannot stand toe post shoes in any way.

    2.Saturday, it means I have ywo days with my hunni.

    3. Shredded Wheat and hot milk. (Feeling the cold on the last day of the coldest summer for 18 years here in the UK)

    4. OOoohhh do I have to choose? Mmm no I can't sorry, love them both.

    5. Getting out walking again, with my new Sketchers. Part of a Thirty Days hath September plan, to get me motivated.

    2. What is your favourite day of the week? Monday because it's the start of my weekend!

    3. What are you having for breakfast?? this morning I had a coconut raspberry smoothie and an English muffin with bacon, lettuce and egg

    4. Blueberries or strawberries? Blueberries

    5. Have you planned what workouts you will do this week?? I usually do but since I still can't lift anything with my left hand/arm I'm working out when I can. Works out about every other day!
