I know my titles for posts are getting pretty lame!
Anyway this morning I wanted to use one of the peaches that the hubs had kindly left for me! I'm lucky there were any left :)
So this morning I had a peach protein pancake with sugar free syrup and a cup of coffee.
I decided that I'd better get my butt in gear today and since I work the afternoon shift at Tim Horton's I had more than enough time to get a Leslie Sansone workout in. 55 minute power walk, oh yeah I'm hot and sweaty.
Yesterday I made some of Mama Pea's Mmmm sauce and today I tried it out on my salad. Oh my it's good! cherries and carrot juice on the side
Any Canadians out there?? I just saw 1lb bags of pb2 at www.thelowcarbgrocery.com I use peanut flour but I know a lot of people like the pb2.
By the way today is September 1, this is the month I turn 50 :) Wow is all I have to say!
I am determined to eat well, work out hard and drink my water every day till then. (I'll do it after as well but I'm putting extra effort into it each day till the 30th)
