I don't have to work today which is really nice for a change because usually I end up working all the holidays!
So what did I do on my day off?? Well I started by working out to a Richard Simmons DVD and I also went on a 55 minute walk :) I was wearing this: just in case
But first I made some egg muffins/quiches for breakfast with some grapefruit along with 2 mini peanut butter and jam muffins. A cup of coffee and I was ready to face the world!

Looks like some beautiful scenery. I did cardio and strength training this morning, so I got that in for the day!

Oh gosh, when that picture popped up I thought you had injured yourself. Thank goodness it was just preventative medicine. :)
