Yes, but only fruit or yogurt and fruit.
5. What ingredients would you put together to make a fabulous salad?? Romaine, tomato, cucumber, cottage cheese, olives, garbanzo beans, green onions, reduced fat dressing. Yum.
1. What is your favourite kitchen tool? Fancy ice cream scoop for putting muffin mix/cupcakes into the pans. It's just fun to use - neat, tidy and precise.
2. What is your favourite exercise? Running, even though I'm injured.
3. Do you drink soda? Once or twice a week, unless I'm in the US (Diet Dr. Pepper...love it)
4. Do you eat after dinner? I try not - it depends what I ate during that day.
5. What ingredients would you put together to make a fabulous salad? Spinach, raddicchio, sliced pears, dried cranberries, small chunks of brie, and candied pecans. Yummmm (That's funny, I just noticed Caron said the exact same thing at the end of her salad!) :)

Strength training, specifically squats w/ shoulder presses.

I do drink diet soda occasionally. I used to drink it every day, but have grown to prefer water, tea and coffee the majority of the time.
4. Do you eat after dinner?
Sometimes. If I have a sweet craving, I'll go for some low-fat frozen yogurt or a small piece of chocolate.

spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, roasted beets, feta cheese and a couple spoonfuls of creamy, garlicky hummus.

Romaine lettuce, tomato, red pepper, cucumber, carrots, sweet onion and a sprinkle of nuts or seeds like pistachios or sunflower seeds.

4)Yes, I usually have a small snack.
5)Love spinach with sliced strawberries,little mandarin oranges,and whatever other fruit, drizzled with a little fruit type dressing and sprinkled with 1/4c honey nut cherrios for "croutons"...so good! Also love mexican style salad's with black beans, and/or ground round, cheese, bell peppers, red onion, taco seasoning, salsa and sour cream!

1) Lately, I've loved my cherry pitter.
2) yoga
3) nope, used to drink diet pop alot, but don't anymore. I was scared by the reports of artificial sweeteners and increased stroke risks.
4) Not much (we're late eaters)
5) mixed greens, fresh figs, dried cranberries, blue cheese and almonds with a vinegarette dressing.
