Gluten-free cupcakes on the weekend - unusual for me, but a friend gave me a coupon for $1 off the Betty Crocker mix, which just came to Canada - so I had cake (added cherry pie filling & whipped cream) for (unplanned) when DS got engaged on Saturday!2. We have NO TV now that everything has gone digital, but when I babysat Baby Girl yesterday, I watched "What Not To Wear" and that was enjoyable.3. BROCCOLI! We had some fresh from our garden last night (and at lunch) - LOVE IT! I actually crave it, just like chocolate.4. I sort-of plan, based on what I have, what's on sale, and what sort of time I have to cook. I try to make lots so the guys have leftovers for their lunches.5. 4x, I missed two days when I was sick last week.Have a GREAT day!Dawn

1. What was the last thing you baked?? I baked peach muffins, pumpkin muffins and baked oatmeal this week!2. What is your favourite tv show? The mentalist3. I try to plan all my meals one week in advance it really helps with groceries and taking things out of the freezer5. How many times have you exercised in the past week??Due to physical limitations earlier in the week I only worked out 3 times. It will definitely be more this week :)
