  2. I just want to address the "perfect meal." It would be at the Waterfront Restaurant in San Francisco and I would have linguini with white clam sauce and a glass of wine to go with it. Memories. :)

  3. the words favorite and exercise just dont go together in my book lol needless to say i have no answer for number 1. Perfect meal? Lots of textures and flavors and its got to have meat.. nom nom nom.. for fun I'm working on my etsy shop and i have fun trying new healthy foods. mostly from skinnytaste.com! oh and im not sure how much water I drank but considering these days all i ever drink is water its quite a bit :0)

  4. Not into weights yet, but plan to start. Perfect meal right now is outdoors with a salad with loads of fresh fruit and veggies. Water was over 2 liters. For fun: MN Lynx begin the finals on Sunday. Plus I will ride my bike in this magnificent fall weather. I do like finding new recipes. Have a great day. michele

  7. 1. I love lat pulldowns. They make me feel so strong :)
    2. Full of flavour, lots of veggies with a nice glass of wine to go with it
    3. 3 glasses. Way too much coffee yesterday I'm afraid...
    4. I'm going on the Zombie Walk here in town on the weekend. Should be a hoot.
    5. Love it. Finding new healthy recipes with food I never thought I'd like is so great.

    2. How would you describe a perfect meal? Beef tenderloin, corn on the cob, salad and a glass of wine :)

    3. How much water did you drink yesterday?? 12 cups

    4. What are you going to do this week for fun? Well it's my birthday on Friday and I'm getting a garmin hrm and having an incredible dinner!

  9. Awww....hope your bug goes away soon!!! Here are my answers:
    1) What are weights? Kidding...I like tricep pulls because they make me feel strong.
    2) A perfect meal would be delicous food, delicous wine and shared with those I love.
    3(a) I drank ALOT of water yesterday. 3(b) I went to the bathroom alot too. sigh. That is one drawback of lots of water drinking!! :)
    4) It's my birthday this weekend, so all kinds of fun will be had. I hope.
    5) Absolutely. I love researching, shopping for and cooking healthy food, and I LOVE the friends I've met through weight watchers, my blog and at the gym.
