This morning I started with a cinnamon raisin bagel and instead of butter I took some plain Greek yoghurt and mixed it with pumpkin butter and a cafe au lait made with a Starbucks Via caramel.
Then it was off to see my therapist again! I really like her but I can`t wait to not see her as often. She thinks that may have to open up the finger again to get rid of some scar tissue. I have a history of excessive scar tissue after surgery :(
It's pouring rain here. Come back sun!!!!
Since I was called into work last night I'm not going to do a walking/dancing workout until my next day off because I don't want to aggravate my ankle. At the end of an 8 hour shift it's aching enough without putting more stress of it.
How is your day going??

Oy! Your poor finger! I really hope it gets all settled on its own. I don't want you sliced open again. :(
Neither do I :)
I am so sorry about your finger. My hubby sliced his middle finger at work on a machine and sliced through the tendon. He was very lucky not to lose his finger. Just keep up with your therapy, sending you healing vibes.
I will be so happy for you when all this finger stuff is behind you!
You're having such a time with that finger! Hope it's all sorted soon.
I realise you've got other stuff to think about right now, but I'm starting a challenge soon and was wondering if you'd be interested in joining? I'm looking for more participants and would love it if you could sign up! The details are here if you're interested: http://assumingvirtue.blogspot.com/p/christmas-dress-challenge.html
