Getting better....


Finally I'm getting healthier!! I spent nearly 3 weeks sick. I had sinus infections plus bronchitis. Not good. I spent my days in pj's and laying on the couch. Of course I didn't miss any work which probably didn't help to get better.

Anyway today I cleaned up the house a bit, made home made chicken noodle soup for dinner tonight. Best of all I went on an hours walk :) I've missed so much walking this year. First because I sprained my ankle, second because of my hand surgery and having to wear a splint and then just when the ankle was healing I came down with the latest sickness.

I loved going on the walk and I think I'm finally figuring out my new Garmin heart rate monitor!

Today started with a pumpkin cranberry protein pancake with sugar free syrup. Lunch was veggie salad with avocado and a healthy pumpkin oatmeal bar. Dinner will be chicken noodle soup with a baguette and I may even make some parsnip chips tonight :)

Yay! Happy you're feeling better. The worst illnesses are the ones that just drag on and on and on. Ugh.
