Another week of work under my belt :)

I got up before the crack of dawn to go to work. The only thing that helps is a good cup of coffee :)

I made an egg, a slice of toast with some home made lemon curd and a bowl of Greek yogurt with berries.

For work I took a protein drink and 4 molasses balls. Yep they hit the spot and kept me away from food at work. (not awake this morning and forgot to take picture)

I realized that I was lagging on my water drinking but a couple of water bottles later and I'm good. After water I decided I'd better get my squats done before my get up and go went.

Dinner was some Chicken with flax seeds, green beans, 1 tsp butter and some oven baked fries (low carb ketchup). Glass of wine, movie with my feet up and I'm rejuvenated :)

That flax seed chicken looks so good. I'm glad you are having a chance to relax with your feet up. Enjoy your evening.

Yep I couldnt do without coffee 4am is early, coffee makes it bearable :)
