Kicking my own butt

Got up earlier this morning and really didn't want to do anything.

Made a smoothie for my breakfast: coconut water, spinach, mango, protein powder

Then I sat and sat and sat and then I had enough and went upstairs and worked out :) Some days it's just so hard to find my mojo. I needed to get it done because I've got to go to work yet!

Lunch: grilled ham and cheese with some veggies on the side.

I'm taking to work some cabbage casserole from the freezer!

I meant to post this before I went to work but then I forgot :( Oh well, better late than never!

I did have a chocolate dip donut and a banana while at work. No picture!

I laughed when I read your subject. I'm the queen of procrastinating on exercise so I understand putting it off even for a little while. :)
