Today is another work day.
Last night we were short staffed and crazy busy!! I ran around like crazy trying to keep up with everything.
That is why I normally don't do my walking workouts on the weekend. With my arthritis I just can't do both and still be physically able to work on the busiest days of the week.
So today was a day of rest exercise wise. Well except for the 20 squats. Plie squats today :)
I started today with an omelet, ham, toast, peanut butter and a glass of low carb oj. Kefir and coffee on the side.
Lunch was a bag of Green Giant Simply Steam broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce, a banana and 2 molasses balls that I made this morning :) Not too sweet but awesome!
I`m taking a protein drink to work and buying some chicken noodle soup and a mini whole wheat bun for dinner. (not my picture but it will look like that)
