I made some egg, ham and cheese wraps with a grapefruit. Kefir and coffee of course :)
Then I got some cleaning in my kitchen done.
Lunch was some chicken and flax seed strips, spinach and a tsp of butter. Unfortunately while eating lunch Ralph told me he'd been having chest pains for a while. So we left lunch, phoned a friend for a ride and off to the hospital.
If you remember he had a heart attack 3 years ago so we didn't waste time getting to the hospital.
8 hours later we're home. Tests showed Ralph didn't have a heart attack but he's still going to have to go for a stress test and a re-check with his cardiologist.
After being there for a few hours we started to go stir crazy so a few pictures were taken to remember the moment.
Thanks to those who knew through tweets and messages what was going on and sending support.
Back to regular blogging tomorrow.

I'm glad he didn't have a heart attack.
If I eat too much food, I sometimes get chest pains that feel exactly like a heart attack. Cardiologists claim that I need a quadruple coronary artery bypass.
However, if I just eat frequent small meals, I have no chest discomfort at all.
Heart problems? Maybe, but other symptoms make me think that my chest pain is more likely due to GERD or a hiatal hernia. For now, I'm going to stay away from cardiologists, eat sensibly, and exercise sensibly.
Yes, good news that he did not have a heart attack. Not a fun way to spend your day. Keep us posted. :)
