Daily update!

I forgot to put this picture in yesterdays post! A woman sitting outside playing awesome music. Loved it.

For exercise today I went for a walk to the vets and the grocery store. I ended up walking for more than an hour :) I also did a 10 minute stretching routine :) Not the nicest weather out it was a mixture of rain and snow.

Breakfast: Egg substitute omelet, 3 slices low sodium pre-cooked bacon, beet greens, 1 tsp butter, 1 cup of low sugar orange juice. 2 Tbsp kefir and 2 Tbsp 5% cream for coffee.

Lunch: Veggies, fruit, yogurt with Love Crunch Dark Chocolate and Red berries granola, cheese and crackers.

Dinner: 3 oz tenderloin steak, salad, balsamic dressing, broccoli, 1 tsp butter and strawberries dipped in dark chocolate. Glass of Yellow Tail Shiraz wine to make an awesome meal even better :)
