Question day!



Thank you for taking the time to have fun with these! I love reading the answers :)

1. What do you do to keep your motivation strong to stay healthy??

2. What works best for you? Eating many small meals, 3 meals no snacks, not eating after dinner etc??

3. What's on the bottom shelf of your fridge?

4. What do you put in your tea/coffee??

5. Are you working out today or have you already done so?

My Answers


1. Having a plan is what keeps me motivated without a plan I usually forget or get distracted.


2. I have tried having snacks, eating 5 or 6 times a day but what really works for me is three meals and no snacks or eating after dinner.


3. Skim milk, grapes, blueberries and hummus


4. I like to put a Tbsp of 5% cream and sweetener in my coffee, for regular tea I put skim milk and sweetener and for herbal teas just a sweetener. I really do have to stop using sweeteners one of these days.


5. I'm going to do a speed walk as long as the weather stays good, if not I'll do an hour DVD walking.

    I eat 6 meals a day: breakfast, I take 4 with me to work and I usually have popcorn or something when I get home at night

    bagel thins, I put the in the frig to try and keep them fresh longer

    SF vanilla creamer, thinned with FF half and half

    5. Are you working out today or have you already done so?

    already did my 20 minutes on the treadmil

    I read blogs written by people who are mostly successful. I also try to stay on plan and attend Weight Watcher meetings.

    2. What works best for you? Eating many small meals, 3 meals no snacks, not eating after dinner etc??

    I usually eat three meals a day and at least one snack -- usually an apple or an orange.

    3. What's on the bottom shelf of your fridge?

    A jar of peanut butter and a half dozen eggs.

    4. What do you put in your tea/coffee??

    I drink black coffee. I mostly drink plain tea but sometimes put in one sugar cube.

    5. Are you working out today or have you already done so?

    I am getting back to some exercise today and am planning to walk three miles when it warms up a tiny bit.

  4. 1. Whenever I make excuses, I grab my fat with two hands to remind myself WHY I'm working out, or WHY I"M NOT GOING TO EAT THAT.

    2. I eat 6 meals a day. Between 100-300 calories each meal.

    3. asparagus, basil, spinach, celery and carrots. my produce bins aren't see through... so unless I have my veg visible, I forget about it.

    4. I don't really do coffee anymore. No caffeine. But I love my tea plain.

    5. I'm leaving in 15 minutes and have some time to kill on blogger. Got a 30 minute High intensity interval training with a trainer/work out buddy.

  5. 1. I really don´t know. It just "clicked" inside of me and it´s there! But reading other weight loss blogs helps me a lot.

    2. Eating many small meals. I eat one main meal at lunch time and the rest are 300 - 350 cal.

    4. Nothing. I like it black.

    5. Have not worked out. :( I wanted to go for a long walk outside, but it´s been raining all afternoon and we don´t have paved roads here. It´s very very muddy, so I can´t make that walk. I have a treadmill but hate it with a passion...

    I continue to find new, fun and healthy meals, and keep my own blog current.

    Big breakfast and dinner, modest lunch, and snacks in the afternoon and evening.

    4 dozen eggs, baby spinach, mixed lettuces, strawberries, blueberries.

    4. What do you put in your tea/coffee??

    1 Tablespoon blackstrap molasses and 1 ounce half-and-half.

    5. Are you working out today or have you already done so?

    Walked this morning, and put on an additional 3+ miles here at work. Done for the day!

    Three meals and two snacks per day.

    Nothing

    Already did 15 minutes on my bike and 2 miles of walking!
