1. Do you try to limit your sodium?? How many mg do you try to stay under?
2. Do you have a certain routine in the morning that you stick to?
3. What kitchen tool do you consider to be your can't live without??
4. What new food have you tried lately? Did you like it?
5. Do you weigh in daily, weekly or monthly? Or maybe not at all??
1. I'm trying to stay below 2,000mg of sodium
2. This week I'm trying to get into a better morning routine. Bathroom(of course), drink water, do some squats/pushups/crunches, coffee and breakfast and maybe some cleaning.
3. My toaster oven
4. Beet greens, I love them.
5. I waffle on this one. Right now I'm weighing in daily.
