  1. . Do you try to limit your sodium?? How many mg do you try to stay under? I'm embarrassed to say that I only do this MOn Tues Wed, the three days before my weigh in. I don't count but try to be mindful.

    2. Do you have a certain routine in the morning that you stick to? I have about three routines that I pick from depending on how much time I have and whether I need to flat iron my hair and carpool with my husband.

    3. What kitchen tool do you consider to be your can't live without?? In general it would be a good sharp knife, but lately I've been using my immersion blender every day for smoothies.

    4. What new food have you tried lately? Did you like it? I've finally tried mixing spinach and chia seeds into my smoothies and am loving how full it keeps me!

    5. Do you weigh in daily, weekly or monthly? Or maybe not at all?? I weigh in daily on my home scale but only count it if I see it on the WW scale each Thursday.

  2. 1. Do you try to limit your sodium?? How many mg do you try to stay under?

Yes. My goal is under 1700mg a day. I don't always hit it daily, but my weekly average is always less than that.

    2. Do you have a certain routine in the morning that you stick to?

No. Wake up, make the family breakfasts, pack lunches, go to work. Not much else can fit it.

    3. What kitchen tool do you consider to be your can't live without??

    My knife. And my blender.

    4. What new food have you tried lately? Did you like it?

I really haven't tried anything new. I suppose the newest things are leeks, and I love them!

    5. Do you weigh in daily, weekly or monthly? Or maybe not at all??

    Daily.

  3. Great questions!

I dont try to limit my sodium although I should!

My morning routine needs to change drastically to involve exercise. If I dont do it in the morning I wont do it at all :)

My kitchen tool is my microwave. When Im hungry I want to eat NOW. At least this way I can microwave veggies or weight watchers meals instead of running to McDonalds.

My new fave food is jicama. Its light and juicy and delish with hummus.

I weigh in daily when Im doing well. If Im not doing well I avoid the scale at all costs.

  4. 1. I try not to eat more sodium mg than calories. So I try to float around 1600mg

    2. Morning routine. Wake up, check email, drink water, take vitamins, shower, lotion, dress, make today's to do list and pack my bag for the day.

    3. I can't live without a good kitchen knife. I'm chopping veggies and cheeses and fruits every day.

    4. I branched out and made my own hummus since I haven't been able to find any that I like pre-made at the store. I was very happy with it... kalamata olives and pine nuts. yum.

    5. I weigh daily. Sometimes twice. When I get naked for the shower and when I'm changing into pajamas for bed. Just to see where the day has taken me.

  5. I weigh once a month or so...but I wear clothes every day .. and I can pretty much tell how it's gonna be... I don't like for them to get too tight!

  6. Hi Suzy...yay for question day!
    1) I try to keep my sodium to about 2000 mg per day. Sometimes I'm successful, but when I'm not, I feel puffy.
    2) I have different routines for different days, normal work days, yoga before work days or weekends.
Guess I'm a creature of habit.
    3) Probably a sharp knife.
    4) hmm...don't think I've tried anything TOO recently...my last thing was a Jerusalem artichoke. It was good, but gave both my husband and I indigestion (tmi..sorry) so not sure if it'll be making a comeback.
    5) I weigh in weekly at my weight watchers meetings.
