Definitely feeling better so far today!

Wow, I'm so glad I'm feeling better today! Yesterday I just felt total physical exhaustion. Not nice.

I decided today that instead of walking indoors with the walking group I'm going to spend some time in the sunshine on an outdoor walk. Even if it was freezing it will be good for me to get outside.

I also need to do some cleaning up at home :)

Today's nosh

Breakfast: 2 slices of cinnamon raisin french toast (dipped in egg white/egg/vanilla/cinnamon/sweetener) with some sliced strawberries and sugar free syrup. 2 Tbsp of kefir and 2 Tbsp 5% cream for 2 decaf coffees.

Lunch: 1/2 serving of leftover taco casserole with pasta, veggies and fruits.

Dinner: boneless skinless chicken thighs in a Korma sauce(I added some onion and mushrooms, jasmine rice, green beans with 1 tsp butter and parmasean cheese

You are braver than me to walk in the cold weather. I just can't make myself go out on cold days for very long. Your food looks delicious. :)

I love green beans! I think I will go and make some. I bet it was so crisp and refreshing outside. I went to the park today with my girl. Spring is definitely in the air here!

Walking outdoors and being in nature just clears my head so much!!! It is good for my body AND good for my soul!

Food always looks so yummy. Yea that looks way to cold for me but very pretty. Glad you're feeling better.
