My weekend's over!

Back to work today!

I'm in a challenge on Sparkpeople right now and the challenge today was:
50 hip flexors
50 bicep curls
50 step ups
I managed to do all of them!

Today's Nosh:

Breakfast: egg substitute omelet, whole wheat english muffin, sf marmalade, morello cherry jam, 3 slices of pre-cooked bacon and a grapefruit. 2 tbsp kefir and 2 tbsp so nice coffee creamer

Lunch:Veggie container, fruit container, 2 cheese strings, yogurt and salted dark chocolate

Took to work: protein drink, veggie container, fibre 1 bar
