I'm glad I've started stretching more! My body definitely needs it.
This morning I wasn't very hungry so I waited a while before I tried something new for breakfast. Pineapple upside down pancakes. They need some tweaking but they're really going to be good when I get them just the they I want them :)
Because I ate late I just grabbed a couple of things to eat before I went to work. Cheese, fibre one bar and yoghurt.
For work I'm taking a muscle milk, a fruit container and a veggie container.

Stretching is AMAZING - I always wonder why I don't spend more time doing it, b/c I feel so awesome when and after it...!

I make sure I do my morning stretches every day and it makes a world of difference.
The upsidedown pancakes look so interesting! I can't wait until the recipe is perfected!
I find if I do not stretch I am so stiff and sore it is a must for me.

ok the pancakes really get my attention. Pineapple upside down cake is my fav. I would love to have the recipe. Off for my stretching now :D
