Today's Nosh

More stretching. Running to the bank and the store. Off to work :) Crazy day!

Breakfast: Scrambled egg substitute with chopped peppers and cheese, slice of sprouted toast with cherry jam and a glass of oj. 2 Tbsp kefir and 2 Tbsp5% cream for coffees.

Lunch: veggies and pineapple, crackers and yogurt

At work: muscle milk and a fibre one bar

After work: a glass of white wine
