Upper body weight workout today :)

Very weird day here. Lots of snow and snow flurries and then bright sunshine. Funny thing is it's supposed to get very warm here this week so the snow won't be sticking around for long!

Not doing cardio before work so far seems to be working great! Doesn't mean I'm not workout out though :)

So today's plan was for an upper body workout:
Close arm wall push ups
Tricep dip with straight legs
Reverse plank
Two part push ups
One armed side push ups
Stretching

That was the plan until I realized I've lost almost all my flexibility in my upper body!! So I did the close arm wall push ups and also did some girly ones on the floor. Then I grabbed some dumbells and did some bicep curls, hammer curls, shoulder presses, tricep extensions, front raises and some side raises :) Not too shabby. Must work on the other ones!!

Today's Nosh

Here's my veggie and fruit production :)

Breakfast: Bran cereal with banana and 1 tbsp drizzled warm peanut butter :) 2 tbsp kefir and 2 tbsp 5% cream for coffee on the side

Lunch: light tomato soup (must remember to get Amy's tomato soup next time this was yuk), bodywise tortilla made into chips in the toaster oven and a cup of Pc Organics power fruit blend

For work: protein drink and a carton of veggies

Plan for after work: a glass of Yellow Tail White Chardonnay

Great going with your weight work out. I have everything I need to do that if I could just make myself get in there and try. The food looks good but I'm trying not to think about food today. I need to put my focus on something else for a while. :)

I love Amy's tomato soup too. Sometimes I just heat it up and pour over my spaghetti squash.

Ah, so do you make your fruit and veg for the week all at once? I am having a fruit bowl tomorrow for lunch, but I haven't quite found enough veg that thrill me for a veg one yet!
