1: store - TJ Maxx... shoes and skin care. 2: I'm rocking this week with exercise, my food needs to be brought in a little. 3. snack - ANYTHING CHEESE!!! <-- feeling like wallace from wallace and gromit. 4. work out - Movement is SUCH a priority to me... I am an object in motion!5. Cure for the Cold - hydrate, rest, daily vitamin and a little extra zinc.

How is your week going so far?Good, overall.3. What is your favourite snack??Dark chocolate and roasted unsalted almonds.4. Do you make exercising a priority in your day?Not really. I just walk a lot and that meets my needs.5. Any tips to help get rid of a cold/flu?? You know this question is for me :)Rest. Push fluids. Rest more. Keep pushing fluids. (And a saline nasal/sinus rinse kit helps, too.)
