Started today doing laundry.
Then I decided to clean the oven. (Let's just say that took a while)
Changed the tablecloth.
Sorted out some drawers in the bedroom.
Made chicken noodle soup.
Cleaned the microwave.
Cleaned out my purse.
Started to tidy the computer area (yep this is going to take a while)
Went on an hours walk.
Weighed in for my challenge group on Spark People down -.4
Breakfast: pumpkin bake, peanut butter/cocoa drizzle, 2 Tbsp kefir and 2Tbsp 5% cream for coffee
Lunch: home made chicken noodle soup, kale chips with extra nutritional yeast
Dinner: veggies, berries, cheese and ham (the cheese I ate early afternoon because I can't have dairy within 2 hours of taking my antibiotic)
Snack: coconut water and almonds
