I decided to get out on a walk this morning because this afternoon I have a meeting. By the time I finished walking I was dripping sweat from my forehead, nose and upper lip!!
I have no idea what food they will be serving at the meeting so I kept breakfast and lunch simple to leave me extra calories in case I need them.
Breakfast: egg substitute omelet, rosemary black pepper ham, whole wheat English muffin and low sugar jam
Lunch: veggies, havarti jalapeno cheese, avocado with a drizzle of lime juice and sprinkled with chipotle :)
