Have I mentioned I love to cook??

Indeed I do Smile the clean up not so much.

Today I made two of my favourite foods, taco salad and lasagne!

I had just a couple of errands to run today and then I spent some time in the kitchen.
I need to make the bowls for the taco salad I had for lunch. I also made a  baked oatmeal with fruit for breakfast tomorrow. And last but not least the best lasagne.

For exercise today I went to the mall with Ralph and walked around for a while then on the way back I got off the bus super early so I could get some extra steps in Winking smile

Today’s nosh:

Breakfast: 1/2c egg substitute, cheese, mandarin orange and some almond breeze for coffee. I picked up a few samples of k-pods to try yesterday and this morning I tried caribou daybreak morning blend and it was amazing! I’ll definitely be getting more of it soon. 4pp
Snack: banana 0pp

Lunch: 10 minute taco salad, 15g blue menu triple cheddar shredded cheese 6pp I used black beans instead of corn (when I made it I found that there was way too much “meat” mixture for the small tortilla I used. I only ended up using 1/2 of it and I’ll use the other half tomorrow. That’s why my points came out to less) I also didn't use my low carb tortillas because they don't get crispy :(

Dinner: best lasagne ever, salad and dressing 10pp Honestly this is so cheesy and yummy it’s worth every point!

Love that taco bowl!! I could literally have Mexican every day if I could, but um, let's just say my husband isn't that big of a fan!
