Not stopping!

Out for another work out today! Completed Week 5 Day 3 of the C25K. Another great day to be out. I also danced and hoola hooped on my Wii Fit for 30 minutes :)

There was a banana and another clementine here :)

  3. Sweet potato squash, some lean pork cooked with onion and light low sodium mushroom soup. It's use what's in the cupboard and freezer time. Still staying on plan :)

  6. The snow is so very pretty! I thought the squash was a grilled hot dog bun with syrup over it. LOL I was like... okay, whatever you like! :) Glad you explained (and someone else was way smarter than me. hehe).
