I had to play internet technician today. My wireless router wasn't letting me change the security settings and someone else was using it! I was going through 4 GB a day!!! Thankfully I figured out a way to stop it :)
Almost forgot! I did a plank for my ab exercise today. Not up to a minute yet but I'll keep trying. Did you do an ab exercise today??
Breakfast: overnight pina colada oats, 5% cream for coffees
Lunch: chopped veggies, pc lime and jalapeno avocado dressing, 0% Greek yoghurt and blueberries
Dinner: Jamaican patty, broccoli slaw with wasabi soy dressing
Glass of wine
