As much as I don't like cleaning I do like a clean house :) therefore I have to clean occasionally. I'm sure it burns a few calories although nothing like yesterday! I really got a chuckle out of that.
I was going to take today as a rest day but I received an email from the library that they had a book in for me. So I grabbed Ralph and off we went for some quality sharing time <3
I had to change what I was going to have for dinner because I didn't have some of the ingredients so pizza it was. Thin crust and a small slice with a salad on the side and I'm pretty happy with my choices for today.
I find the secret to enjoying my salads it to have lots of different veggies in them and not too much dressing tossed so it all mixes together nicely and maybe a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Today I added a bit of bacon and I've got to say I inhaled my salad at lunch :)
Just realized today was my fourth day of getting over 45 minutes of exercise in for my weekly challenge!! Done!!
Oh and the water?? I'd already drank 6 cups by lunch time! See it's starting to become easier.

Breakfast: pancakes, sugar free pancake syrup, berries and 5% cream for coffee
Lunch: ceasar salad with light dressing, bacon and parmesan cheese
Dinner: 1 slice of thin crust deluxe pizza, salad and light dressing
After dinner: glass of white wine
Exercise today: 60+ minutes of walking around with Ralph :)
Water: 10 cups so far
Fitbit stats so far today: I plan on getting 10,000 before the day is over!
